Terms & Conditions . . .

1. Our cancellation policy is that we must receive 48 hours notice prior to date of check in, otherwise full cancellation charges will apply and will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
2. All rooms are strictly NON-SMOKING. Guests who choose to ignore this are liable for an extra charge, the minimum amount being the normal tariff for one night.
3. Child rate applies to children 12 and under. 2 years and under are free.
4. Credit cards are taken for confirmation and you may pay as you wish on departure. However, any unpaid incidentals will be charged to the credit card provided.
5. Any damage to the room or property may be charged to the credit card provided, or billed to the guest and may include loss of income if applicable.
6. Check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am. Extensions to this are at the Managements discretion.
7. Strictly NO PETS allowed in the rooms. Should this be ignored, a cleaning charge will apply to bring the room back to it's original condition.
